Returns & Replacements

We make every effort to insure the product we ship is well made and free of defects. All of our totes are indeed hand sewn to our specifications. Our return policy is to cover the cost of any return due to defects in materials or workmanship for one full year (1 YEAR) from receipt of the product, or to offer a replacement product in lieu of a return if you desire. We do our best to develop well made products and we stand behind them. Please understand that normal wear and tear cannot be avoided with our furry best friends.

We do try to keep prices low for the benefit of all our devoted users. The shipping cost of totes of this size and weight are pricey, and as such, we ask that returns are avoided for mis-measurement of your pet. Please be sure to measure accurately before purchase to insure your pet will fit comfortably. Keep in mind all of our totes are designed firstly for pet safety and comfort, and then for airline capability and under seat requirements, so all totes are of a size necessary for this purpose. I always recommend that you measure your pet while comfortably laying down, as that is typically the position for the duration of a flight. 

Please message us to obtain a pre-paid return shipping label. To be eligible for a return, your tote must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or an item that shows signs of use is subject to a restocking fee and cost of the return label
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at michael@mrpeanutspremiumproducts.com
